I reciecved a support ticket- saying my matter was getting dealt with ! But after 5 days- nothing back ! You are very quick to take my $25 for a theme, in which I bought- but your support is very slow indeed….... And how does one on this site- find the support ticket page ?

I sent my support question in and got this back

But as I have said- why does it take so long ?

Well they have more then 250.000 members so you can imagine there quite busy, normally you’ll get a response within 2 or 3 days

Anyways, people are right, it’s a HUGE network of sites, with lots of visitors, it’s hard to even answer all the support questions, so it’s harder to answer them in less then a week!
