Hey there,
so I really got inspired by a work by Mattias Peresini. IMO he’s a VFX genius and, specifically, he indisputably masters Trapcode Particular. That said, I created a piece of my own which uses some of his key-ideas, such as Particular’s Physics-time-factor.
I really, really hope you like it, as it took 18hrs to render (and funny enough, I pre-rendered everything on 8bpc to experience horrendous banding, and had to render it all over again.. so it actually took a total of 39hrs 
).

Hey, that was amazing! I’m breathless… The track suited your video perfectly and I just love those smoky particle effects. I have never heard that song before but when the bass kicked in I thought “man, this really sounds like dubstep!” and it actually was dubstep! So you’ve got skills and a great taste in music

Haha, thanks man! The particles are actually triggered, rotated, emitted and spun based on the audio-noise, the depth and speed of the vocals. So as soon as that noisy radio-sound breaks in, the particles go all crazy. They’re also slowed down/fasten up depending on a few expressions.
