yes, It happened to me when I wanted to see the video a couple of days ago but since there were so many comments and the item was purchased I believed it was something wrong with my computer. Still not working, btw. Don’t know what the problem is.

I don’t think it was problem with codec. Looks like file was corrupted during upload or lately or some other server problem.
