Today I looked at one of my items (IdealCorp site template) and found out that one out of 5 stars was gone… but the number of votes hadn’t changed. All templates from ‘popular’ category experience the same problem.
So I just want to let you know.

Noticed the same problem with my two templates. Weird.

same goes here. does that mean a buyer can change the rate after a while?

@onuro I think it’s some kind of a bug, because it happened in a minute for all popular templates.

same here-all my items have a star missing all at once! I’m glad I’m not losing my mind.

maybe they change the rating computation? the top 10 templates from the winning competition all have 4 star too. Something’s wrong here or they made some changes.

Same here – all three of my templates (previously 5 stars, all selling extremely well, and I’ve received no complaints from buyers) went down to 4-stars. I thought someone might be out trying to game the system by picking up products and rating them 1-star (hah, call me paranoid but it was strange that all 3 products dropped to 4-stars at once) – I feel a little better knowing everyone else is facing this problem. I sure hope it’s a bug

HTML Templates > Sort by Sales (highest to lowest) > Link
Almost all of these products used to be 5-Stars, now there isn’t a single 5-Star rating on the list. Something must be up…

Jeffrey or other site admins? Any ideas what’s up with the ratings system?

The devs are probably working on some new features or something and either accidentally did this or it happened on purpose but will be fixed soon. I’ll let the devs know what’s going on.
