I might be a little slow on the uptake with this one, but I just noticed Soft Rejected (aka “Hidden” files) now have the rejection reason displayed along with them!
GREAT improvement PD!

Thanks for the feedback THP , glad to hear you like the reason being displayed along with the file!
Yes, very good improvement. Very helpful!
Having a reason for a soft rejection (or any rejection) is very important – it’s how contributors get a feel for your editing decisions to avoid repeatedly submitting things you don’t want.
I’m new, so I’m still trying to understand how things work (this is very different from all the other stock photo sites, so there’s a bigger than usual learning curve for contributors). I received an e-mail telling me I had some hard rejected items, but I can’t find any list of those in my author dashboard or any reasons for the rejection.
I have no intention of arguing about rejections, but need to know why things were rejected to avoid sending you more of whatever it is you don’t like. The e-mail has no links for the hard rejected items – it doesn’t even have a complete list, just a partial. Where can I get more information about these?
Had my first batch reviewed and all the files I submitted were accepted at the main microstock sites, yet here rejections are common.
