Yah, Cline is really hostile, I don’t understand the point. In the end, duotive is wondering about the effort he puts into his themes… If he starts to feel like it’s too much effort that does not pay back this is a serious issue and not worth bullying.

Yet I do think that you, duotive, are overdoing it with your sarcastic “good to know” after every message, because that makes people think you feel the above message is bs.

I hope stuff will turn out for the better for you guys.

+1 Most other authors should have at least 3x more items than you have to get the blue steel paw. On the other hand I understand your frustration, so just do less for more.

He is complaining because for him to get 150 sales in a week he has to work hard for 6 months, while there are others that spend 2 weeks, and get the same amount or more. I guess this is what he meants. Basically he’ll start making themes that are made in 2 weeks because it is more profitable this way in a long term.

Exactly. I was not talking about our theme, i was talking in general. I already told that i was not looking to draw attention to myself.

Just wanted to be clear on something. I started this thread not to get attention to myself or to comment or my or anybody’s sales, but to figure out a dilemma. Is it better to keep it simple, so a beginner does not get offended by the amount of options in a theme. I found my answer, so thank you for taking the time to contribute.

I get your point but we need to understand that best is not always wins. there are a lot of aspects for selling something like the marketing, the branding, the presentation, not only your performances matter. Take for example Apple, their items are very good but in the market there are much better things that sells like [edited for language].
