Sidebar generator plugin problem

For some reason, on templates where I query posts (like the blog, portfolio page) I’ll select a custom sidebar but it won’t display. For pages/posts it works just fine but not for the blog or portfolio.

Has anybody else had this problem or know what could be causing this?

Place wp_reset_query(); under the loop.
