So one cosmical file, can bring you up to 4000 cosmical dollars, if that’s what you guys said earlier. And you are buying it for 40$ ... and your complaining?... because you made a s@#$load of money…. and now one project failed? ... hmmm… I am grateful AD cosmically exists, and yes, my cosmical customers tell me that authors don`t offer support. So ? So ? I’m cosmically sorry. You are paying 40$ for a 1000$ ( at the least ) site? Uhm… for 40$ ... you want cosmical support?

STOCK COSMIC MARKETPLACE Means, you don’t buy anything customized. you get it STOCK! . If it passed the review, no matter how crappy you consider the file to look or whatever it means, that the reviewer, did his job, and checked the files for flaws, and in his professional eye, considered it is worthy for the marketplace. If the file is flawed ” Report File ” If not, stop complaining. You are BASICALLY GETTING FREE STUFF HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE .

Fact 1: Authors are not obligated to provide support. Every member agrees with this clause when creating an account. The reasons surrounding this is a whole different issue however it’s not viable to demand support.

Fact 2: Cherry Picking is a fallacious method.

@Enabled .. since you where so bless to write .. then why when u where contacted with a file from us to freelanced, after uploading the file, after 2 days u told us its better to contact the author!!! why: cause u have no clue how coding was written.

How quick are we to judge, get your fax correct I was doing a project the website was part of that project, which with help of another author was able to resurrect!!!

Okay guys, it’s the end of the road for this thread. Way too many personal attacks.

We understand your frustration. Whilst we do encourage authors to provide free support (and so to generate better sales for themselves), the reality is that authors are not required to provide support and it is their choice to do so. This is one reason the files on the Marketplaces are so cheap. What we do try and do is to give the buyer as much information as possible regarding each item prior to purchasing and test the file thoroughly before we approve it for sale.
