Resale Rights Transfer?

Do you think that Envato will ever allow items to be sold including All Resale Rights Included with the item at a higher price then Extended Licenses now offer?

Is this something Envato should even consider?

It could be offered on a per/item basis.

Authors could allow items to be resold for 50X the regular price, with the exception that the item could not be resold in the Marketplaces.

Well this is not that type of marketplace. Here is more stock-like selling rather than one-item-one-sell so people don’t come here for that kind of trade.

You can always remove the item from the marketplace. If a buyer wants to have a unique thing, than he can buy it(giving him the right to use it in his projects), and then he could pay you a fee(outside Envato) for deleting that item from your portfolio.

Extended liecense costs 100X regular price now. And most of items (if we talk about templates and themes) sells much more than 100 times in first 1-2 month only.

If you are talking about someone making money by reselling my items… You have to have problems to even think I want such a thing to be done. That is a very lame thing to do and a great way to suck talent from real artist. Even if I was to get a percent from what that person in question sales, no. The model is mine, I made it, I took time on it, I brought it to be, it’s mine.

No one should make money off my own work except me, personally.

The day a vender website places that on their license agreement, I will never sale on their site again.

The reason for these two main licenses is to protect the sellers, not the product or even the website. If something like that was to ever be added, we will have our models/items being sold right on THIS site along with our models and we won’t be able to take it down because of the license stating they can resale. That doesn’t make sense at all.

Why are you on Envato where they take a % of your profits then?
