Thank you in advance any constructive opinion. They said:
“The shape of the illustration could be improved by tweaking the line.”
My question is this: if improve and tweaking the line i will loose the simplicity i guess. Thats could be a contradiction because the concept about a “simple” and not a “tweaky” solution
I think the line is not a smooth curve. It looks like it has a dent in there. I would assume that’s what the reviewer meant and fixing that one take away from the simplicity of the line.
Cheers
Chris
The line needs some work my friend.
The first grey section of the line looks to be curved a bit strange compared to the orange on the left.
the —- line the dashed line is a part of an ellipse the 2 X are has straight lines. Thats all. they can not be similar, and why should they have to? X could not cut from a circular shape, and the dashed line would be not nice if its not a part of an elliptic shape. Now I tried to use rounded corners… it was nice, like vomit :-o<
Try to make the curve more round. Just looks odd to the eye my friend.
Wow, this shows how GOOD the eyes are of the reviewers.
I only saw the slight ‘off-ness’ after it was mentioned. Now i know how precise we have to be with our design elements. Maybe if the edges of the grey dash line match up exactly with the edges of the orange cross line, and the whole thing is an even curve, not slightly asymmetrical, maybe that would be better? Either it has to be obviously asymmetrical, OR in a perfect arc.
Anyway i will be following this thread to see the final approved item!

i would like to share also a very relevant thought from Stephen Hawking: ”...nothing is perfect because with perfection, we would not exist.”
Haha, thank goodness for that! Then we can strive for a little less imperfection
BTW , that is one extreme happy simple solution there !
