Rejected for the second time

Please some comments, i got rejected for the second time:

Usually, I’d be able to provide more specific feedback but I’m afraid that isn’t the case here. Every aspect of your design will need to be improved, significantly. Right now the template feels like a freebie and doesn’t offer the level of aesthetics necessary to be accepted under ThemeForest’s acceptance guidelines.

I strongly suggest that you take a fresh look at your theme, evaluate the basics and make improvements as necessary. You might consider taking a look at some of our most popular items to gain a better idea for what we’re looking for at this time.

^ which category is this for? PSD or HTML ?

PSD

It has the potential to get accepted as an html, if you don’t know how to code html then you could always team up with someone who can code for you.

off topic, i don’t really understand why people do psd’s the real money is in the html/wordpress.

Just trying to figure out why the reviewer would say “this looks like a freebie” because I’ve never seen a freebie that has this unique touch to it. Personally, I think ThemeForest themes all look the same, they all copy the most popular files and just change a few things. This has a more out of the box look and feel to it, and I’d buy in a heart beat.

Then the reviewer says “every aspect of the design needs to be improved” boy is that a biased remark if I ever heard one. So the background color needs to be improved? The green angle needs to be improved. I just don’t see it to be honest with you. Not to bash the reviewer or his credibility but I think you are on to something here and I believe the reviewer could have taken a few extra minutes to let you know what he thinks is wrong, instead of just saying everything needs to be fixed, which clearly it doesn’t.

thank you very much, i will keep on making changes and i also requested additional info, maybe they will replay with more insight.

HTML would be coded/will be coded, but i first need to clear the PSD otherwise i could code for nothing and get the same rejection.

In my humble opinion, this would easily get accepted in the HTML category. PSD is the hardest category to get accepted in. Think about it: why would you ever buy a PSD instead of a HTML or Wordpress theme unless it’s absolutely perfect?

You still need to work on the typography, spacing and hierarchy throughout the template no matter what category.

Working on some changes now. Can you be more specific? Or maybe one example on the template it self.

Typography of the regular text is arial, spacing between the lines is i presume ok?

Can you maybe give me an example on a specific part what would you change?
