half of my files from the same series was rejected and other half accepted (example below) what’s going on? I must be lucky to hit the competent reviewer?

As you can imagine, if we accept all images such as these then we’ll have an over abundance of word-based images that don’t have much utility for our buyers. For that reason, our reviewers accept the ones they see as having the highest level of utility for our buyers.

If you disagree with your reviews, you’re welcome to submit a support ticket and we’ll have another reviewer take a look through your portfolio again.

you are 100% right but I should then get relevant reason for rejection of the file. Just want to save my and your time, because you have to check same files 2 times (even without that you have a lot of work). Already contacted the support and got a satisfactory answer:) Thread to close / removal
