Hi, guys I have a quick thought
I noticed that each time I upload a file they are priced lower then before, it’s cool for me because I uploaded a template recently that was priced 15$ and it sells pretty well, maybe because it’s cheap
Yesterday my new gallery was approved and it was priced 15$, it has much more features then my previous gallery which was priced 20$ (categories, albums, caption etc.), so I think the bad aspect of this is that people want buy the old stuff because the price is higher and there are less features. Maybe if you want to change the scale of prices you should consider changing the price of old files too?
Cheers.
I have had similar experiences. I guess pricing is just a subjective thing – done by different people at different times?
if u ask envato to raise the price they usually will, especially if buyers say they think its worth more.
on another note, with more files on fd, prices become more competitive.

I would not care about the price. If it’s low it will sell more. Though, I see sometimes poor quality items that are way overpriced, as good packed items which are underpriced. I think it’s pretty random how they decide the price.
