Hello, I am new here.
I am thinking of buying a couple of themes, however I am concerned about the support provided for the themes. Is support provided by Themeforest or the respective theme developer? How does this work exactly? I wouldn’t want to be caught in a situation where I bought the theme, experiencing a problem and seeking support with no response. After sales support is an important factor for me. I already tried to contact one developer about this but I have got no reply. However, I am not sure if developers are supposed to reply to support questions.

Welcome to the Community! Support is offered by Authors, not Themeforest itself. With that said, all support is OPTIONAL , so it’s best to contact the author directly before buying to find out what kind of support they provide. Some authors provide top-notch support, while others don’t provide support at all.
