Ok first of all use Tor browser so you won’t get to any trouble with your censorship .

overall i don’t know man, the logic say if you are unverified account they can’t tell from where you are if using Tor, then i don’t see why not ,but still if your IP history use to log in from your embargo (no use of Tor )location they will probably can tell ….. But I am just shooting in the dark here .
