Problem with purchase - "Wedding Photo Album And Slideshow"

Hello there, just purchased “Wedding Photo Album And Slideshow” and i have a major problem with the zip-file . I downloaded the zip files. When i extracted the files….the folder was empty. Error box says ” The archive is either in an unknown format or damaged”.... Would you please send me the link where I can download the file correctly. I bought it today 05 May 2012 and never had an issue like this with my previous searches…..Couldnt send a ticket either as the CAPCHA thingy wouldnt show up…..Sigh. Can someone HELP ???

Hi scouser, simply go to Downloads on your dashboard, and all your purchased items should appear. You will then be able to download it again. Good luck.

You can also try to contact Support try to send them “Item Purchase Code” you can get it in “Downloads” – Licence Certificate if ZIP file is corrupted.

Hi miseld….I tried to register a ticket…..but then the CAPTCHA at the bottom doesnt seem to show up

Hi. I ve just waked up this morning. I have checked my dashbord and i just saw your issue. Dont worry. I am sending you in this moment by “wetransfer” the project in order to solve the issue. If it doesnt we will try other ways , in any case you will get to open the file.
