powerful dynamic XML Gallery v1.0

if this is the wrong section i am sorry but i cant find any other category to post this question. i am decided to purchase Powerful dynamic XML Gallery v1.0 from triworks but i wonder some features.

1-does it fullscreen? 2-does it fully customizable? 3-does it have a loader for loading the thumbnails section or if not can i put my own loader? and the last one 4-are all the images sizes are fixed or does it resize all kind of picture sizes?

i wouldnt expect a reply from them i have brought several of there files but had questions on all of them, emailed them several times hoping for answers but never get a reply which is really poor considering they are happy to take are money but then wont help afterwards, interested in knowing if they are like this with everyone that buys they products.

We understand that it might be fustrating not to get a reply in the same day or at the time you wish but, we reply to everyone and we don´t leave anyone behind.

Of course as you can Imagine we are a professional design studio and we get a lot of e-mails everyday. At flashDen we try to do our best to support all clients, but most of the questions we get is on how to change the source code we publish and users have to realize that editing flash requires the knowladge to work in flash and Triworks can´t give technical support besides making all applications work as they are distributed at flashDen.

We are now also including a PDF manual that you can find on our Powerfull XML Gallery and we will try our best to include manuals on all solutions.

We get a lot of silly requests as well, like users trying to use projector (exe) files on the web and we can´t be teaching how to develop solutions in flash.

- Powerful dynamic XML Gallery v1.0 it´s a fullscreen application - It´s fully customizable with xml (you have a pdf tutorial document to work with xml and flash) - The gallery doesn´t have loader for thumbnails, just for images gallery - The images size are fixed (I will develop a new resizable image version to support all picture sizes )
