I ftp EXACTLY as told. Photos into the photo folder. Releases into the releases folder. They all end up on the upload page without any way for me to get to them. Support, could you please look into this and tell me exactly what and where the issue is. What do I do from this point on???

Some days it uploads with no problems. Most of the time I have to re-upload until it shows up correctly. So ready to stop trying :(

Rats. The uploads disappeared so I can’t ask them to actually look at what happened. Will try once more.

I never had an upload by FTP with MR’s. I always have a processing error. I used several tools to make a zip-file. I have report it, get a mail, they asked me if the problem is solved because they can see I uploaded some more, but I told I did it completely manually. I also reported that I can’t do this with my more than 1000 images with releases, but I NEVER had an answer. So I stopped uploading with MR’s. Very bad.

I uploaded (which took a long time) model photos and when those finally were through I uploaded the release. And again they didn’t come through. I quit now with model released images. It’s too hard, it takes too much time. Please change this silly uploading procedure. And I have tried a few times before to contact support. Now reaction at all!!

I would really love to upload more but the upload process for MR images continues to have a lot of problems. I don’t understand why it cannot be simpler…

I am terribly sorry about any confusion and difficulties our upload and MR process has caused you. I will be contacting each of you directly in an effort to see if I can assist you with any issues you might be experiencing.

When these issues are resolved I will post back here with a recap of what was done so others can see and learn as well.

Again, I apologize for the headaches and hope to help you get your photos online and selling :)

Hi again! Just a quick follow up to some of the issues above.

When uploading model releases, please make sure they are NOT zipped and that they are added to the model_releases directory in the same session that you have added the main photo i.e. you would upload the main images, then immediately after you would add the MRs to the model_releases folder then you would head over to PhotoDune to process them.

If you are still experiencing any issues please feel free to post here or contact me directly and I will get back to you.

Well, pleasantly surprised. This last batch actually worked with the MRs. Yay!
