Gone! Looks like an admission of guilt to me, since I don’t suppose the support guys or Vimeo got it taken down on a Sunday morning. I expect he read the comments and freaked out.

The guy still has an account here though and one over at the other stock site. Worth keeping an eye on, I’d say.

Unfortunately this type of violation occurs frequently. I found the video in question on YouTube, and really is the mjgraphico. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBMMd2cmLPE I’ve done a complaint about this author because he did a very similar project at a mine. However I did not succeed in his complaint because the little he has changed, it was enough to “hide” the copy. Looking at your portfolio, we see that almost all their designs are “inspired” in other authors. This is really shameful

It’s a tricky thing. But this was a case of copying, pure and simple. If you’re going to make so few alterations and you’re dumb enough to publish in a place where you are not anonymous, you’re gonna get what’s coming to you.

The template uses the R*stock logo, but I can’t find it on that site. I think this user should have his VH account deleted immediately.

What’s more, I think we should set Ken on him.

Buying a file, making a couple of small adjustments and selling it on as a template. There is no licence which allows that, unless Envato is thinking of introducing the shameless theft licence.
