Photoshop help

I watched a tutorial not to long ago on nettuts I think it was. The tutorial was telling how to make actions in photshop. I set up an action that will take my layers and copy them, make a new document, trim the transparent pixels and set up the new document to be saved. That way when I am coding a new design, I can pres two buttons and get my image out for coding. But I am now getting an error that says “The object “layer “highlited”” is not currently available. But it still does what it is suppose to do. All I have to do is press continue twice. Anyone know what this means? both layers that I am selecting are visible

the script looks for the layer name – “highlited” – and can’t find it probably.
