I created some photoshop actions and I wanted to sell them at graphic river but I don’t know where these custom actions are located so that I can distribute. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

In the actions window you’ve got a little arrow in the top right corner for all the things you can do with actions (like export them etc). You can save an action from there to where ever you want.
If you go to ‘load actions’ then Photoshop will open a window showing the default location for actions.
For me that is: Adobe > Photoshop CS4 > Presets > Actions
