I uploaded photos from FTP . When uploading finished. I pushed the process button and all files disappeared. I try to find the support menu to send message to support team, but seems there is no support item for contributor. What should I do now?

Hello Lawren! Can you tell me if your images were zipped? I have identified an issue related to processing zipped photos from the FTP .
Hi Josh,
Thank you for your reply! My images were not zipped. Several days ago, I uploaded 12 files to PhotoDune. After pushing the “process” button, 9 files were Processed OK. But 3 files still disappeared. I checked these “disappeared” files. They were all made by “Nikon D300 ” camera. And the others which Processed OK were all made by “Nikon D80 ”. Hope this information will help you to solve my “file disappear” problem. I am looking forward your help. Thank you very much!
Best Regards, Lawren

Hi Lawren! Is it possible some of those images were on the ftp for more than 24 hours? Here is a bit of info on our FTP documentation.
“Uploads must be promptly processed as the files are automatically deleted from the FTP hard drive after 24 hours.”

If not, let me know. – Josh

@Lawren
There’s a chance that your photos from the other camera may have caused some problems for our upload processing tools.
I’ve gone and dug up your original ticket with the support team and assigned it over to the dev team, and someone will get back to you soon via email following up about it.
