There are somethings that you can improve.
I feel there is just too much blue color here. You can use Kuler or some other similar service to get a few more matching colors and get yourself a color pallet to work with.
Also you can improve on overall margins and padding, I have posted an image here 
note that this are just my opinions on the design, I am also learning a lot from others at the moment.
