There are many elements to an item being rejected relating to technical quality, which varies depending upon the category that it was submitted.
The flyer subcategories are extremely competitive, with quality/technical requirements being based from existing items within that category. I’d highly imagine some technical qualities within this category may:
- Composition of the graphic is too simple i.e. nothing overly creative about the design
- Graphic is too simplistic – with regards to the complexity of the file (few layers, or could be replicated without little effort)
- Not aesthetically pleasing: As in, the the file essentially looks unprofessional
I’m by far no expert, but in general I would imagine technical requirements may revolve around the complexity and composition of the design and file.
