Ego problems? You cant really know if your ticket is high priority because you dont know if there are bigger problems than yours. Whatever the problem is there can be a bigger one. Plus envato is hiring a new supporter, that must tells you something. Edit: wait. Everyones talking bout different problems. Now im confused again. Is there a specific public afair thats going on or what?

Mate i would suggest before you put words in a subject first know it and then say more!!!! Ego problem? no is a general huge problem that 90% of the authors are facing now and sorry i cant say what as is not allowed in the forums! Ask around to find out and you will understand!

I wish it would be an ego problem of him. This problem is definitely our common problem mate, but now it shows exactly what is the another side of the “keep your mouth” strategy. Maybe 50-70% of the authors has no idea whats going on here, or whats going on with their item. Nice…

I have a ton of work I want to upload but . this is to crazy not worth it anymore. I bet the note going to say. We working on it lol .

I definitley agree with you. We cant even discuss about it and its a huuuge problem. Working for free is $h!t. And I feel its being put under the rug. Cant wait till notes come out.

Working for free, is not shit. I do like working for free as a charity. Iw made lot of works for free, but all those free work had meanings, and helped to people who deserved, or needed it. So working for free is a great thing. But working for in this way, when i we can see that we serving snatchers on silver plate day by day, make them rich, meanwhile sales are deadly dropped, no idea it could be ever like before, and we can not even talk about our own problems, and the priority of this issue just “medium”, the feedback is down under the frog’s ass… Thats a “bit” demotivating. If we just keep uploading and uploading better and better items, we just feeding them to being more fat, meanwhile they are laughing on us like chimps, and take those items as well Even with 1 sale, because now they realized that, they dont have to worry at all… And frnakly! What for they should worry?

Ya, ya, said it wrong. I work for free as well when i want. And totally agree with you.
