Newbie Need Help...

Can someone out there please help me how can i solve this below problem here?

Upload Error: Unable to create directory /home/wedcardz/domains/wedcard-zone.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Please help me.. Everytime i’m trying to upload an image inside my WP,this problem will be appear.. Can someone please help me how to solve this?
