Yes saw this, too. And there is a 82$ Theme already sold! This are 32,8$ For the author by a rate of 40%! Just awesome! I think I will dig into magento soon.

i think the price is fair, i have bought 5 temps from other sites ranging for 120 – 160 so i am happy theme forrest are offering magento .
I am more looking forward to developers creating plugins as currently they are a total rip off -

Oh right on, I was going to work on a oscommerce theme untill I noticed they only sell for around 30 bucks here… No reason to edit 30+ files to incorporate the design into the software to only sell it for 30 bucks a pop

True but this was the first theme. Magento is not that easy to do as for example wordpress so to get more submissions they upped the price(great idea).
Magento is a really good oscommerce tool, and we will see a lot of this tool.
