Hi all! I’m cann’t understand this: some photos approved for sale and some time later hard disabled. Reason: not focus , blur etc. May be one of inspectors need new monitor or glasses?

The hard/soft disable tool is typically used to correct errors that occur during the review process. In this case I believe that the reviewer mistakenly approved the images, and then moved to correct them. I apologise for the confusing outcome.
