Need quotations for modification of a template

I need a quotation of some others author template. This is the template:

- I need when the page load, he banner appears but the size of the entire screen like this example: http://1.s3.envato.com/files/6517091/cuisine/index.html #

- I need the banner and XML Video Gallery module can support videos on youtube.

- I need to be able to add Ads advertisement of size: 300×250 px to the right side of the template (only at the beginning module)

- Be able to insert comments from facebook profiles to the pictures posted at the gallery module like this page www.rt.com.

- And being able to remove the black rectangule of the top and bottom of the template.

Please send me how long you would take to do this work, the price, if you work with paypal and payment terms.
