(Locked) My account on Audiojungle was disabled!

Hello Everyone!

It’s Dreamsfall My account was disabled, I tried to connect with anyone from Envato Support, left messages for stuff, sent emails, but no one answered. Ticket ID: 222242 I need to solve this problem as soon as possible

Can anybody advice me what should I do ? Thanks!

Yes, I left messages on twitter no one replies. I lost my portfolio, it’s the most important thing for me here, there were many compositions!

I’m female composer and It’s my old portfolio. I received just one letter that my case will go through investigation, and I’m sure I didn’t make anything wrong.

Do not worry. If there would be any problem with the account, I’m sure you’ll be notified about it and they’ll let you fix it. If everything goes okay then I think it will become normal again soon.

Do not worry. If there would be any problem with the account, I’m sure you’ll be notified about it and they’ll let you fix it. If everything goes okay then I think it will become normal again soon.
