Microsoft Surface

What do you guys think? I want to know what people are currently thinking about this. I like the way it is presented in a video I saw, but I need to know more about it in order to truly have an opinion.

For what I’ve seen, it’ll be a great product, nothing like that present on the current market. I’m surprised with this new hybrid tabled, of course I will need to take my hands on to see if it’s like they said on the presentation.

It looks very slick. Should be a nice kick in the pants for Apple to step up their game but I doubt it’ll do much denting into the IPad share. Android tablets might be in trouble tho if the pricing is right.

Yes and no – so long as the tablet market continues to grow at the pace that it’s growing right now, there’s room for everyone… but after watching the teaser video (and having a minor crush on the gorgeous Windows Phone UI for months now), I’m actually hard-pressed on whether to wait it out for a new iPad or grab this one when it’s available…

PS – I hate these stupid small keyboards… crossing my fingers that it’s not a cute little POS

And for heaven’s sake, it’s about time that M$ released a serious, well designed product to market…

And for the record… Android (and Apple of course) is going to continue crushing it on the merit of their apps marketplace alone – M$ is seriously trailing in that category (hell, it’s the only reason I don’t own a Nokia 900)... and it’s going to take some serious firepower for them to catch up. If that happens in the next couple years, both Apple and Android will have something to sweat over.

I agree with you guys, especially epicera. There is room for everyone in the market, those that will define, will mainly depend on who offers the best use-ability… ie: apps, games, etc.

I think that MS does very well have some catching up to do in that market, but this looks good. Depending on pricing, and when it is released I might have to try it out

Love it. Might just get one, even if i have ipad and tablet ideas in general.

looks very appealing…never been a real microsoft fan…but I wouldn’t mind taking this lil tech for a spin
