media subfolders WP plugin?

I wish to add sub folders to the media uplad admin. I thought there would be countless plugins for this but the only ones I can find have bad reviews. Any help would be welcomed

did you webelicious or Vijay find anything? I used flash uploader for certain publishers adding slider images etc. but flash uploader is broken now.. so back to good ol ftp .
