Looking for a high quality CSS guru

I need someone who truely knows CSS .

Basics: Cross browser. Can get a design to look good in earlier versions of IE. Knows how to reduce page load size by doing things smarter in CSS , sprites, or even modifying the design slightly to make it load quicker

Basically I’m looking for someone who knows how to get things done to the highest quality with CSS .

I have some starting project work then if you are good I’ll give you more of our work and our partner companies.
