Don’t confuse negativity and criticism. Criticism is very important, and can be both given and received either postitively or negatively. Of course, there are valid criticisms of this marketplace, as there are of any business; but one mark of a good business is that it strives every day to improve itself – and I know the staff and devs here do just that, even if the results aren’t always totally transparent to their users (and sometimes that’s the point).

When you provide criticism, try to be constructive, not destructive. I’ve found that people who offer only destructive criticism generally don’t actually care about improving the outcome; they just like being destructive. If you want to elicit positive change, you should approach things with the right attitude.

^ The quantity of negative point of views raises when criticism didn’t taken care in timely manner. Don’t blame the customers for their “way of messaging”. Just see what is the message otherwise we can get caught into the threads like this.

Do we need to preach our buyers / users to see things in the same way we approach? That’s faulty approach and may set bad trend of community (small and mono-color). Let the buyers express in the way they try to express.
