I have a question about the license. When i purchase a item at Graphicriver , example background pack with 10 backgrounds. Can i use every background once or do I have to purchase the item again for every background I use ?

Hmm, thats a very good question actually.. I would say that you can use all backgrounds just once, and when you need one of those backgrounds for a second time, you will need to repurchase the file. Would make sense right?
