Hy, this its my first post on this forum and I want to say first Hy and great site you have here! Then I have a question, if the answer its already posted then sorry but it seam i could not found it! :) Now I submitted a vector file, and while I waited to be reviewed I took my time to browse the site for other items, for what other user created and I understand that my file have not the standards needed for being posted here. So I go to upload page and delete the file from “Progress in Queue” you know were its write “21st out of 21 in Graphics. 80 th out of 81 on GraphicRiver”. But it seams that the item got to the reviewer unfortunately, ( and got rejected :) ). So the question, there are some way to eventually cancel a submitted file while its in the queue line? I know I should think twice before submit an item but I am curios. Sorry for the time lost for reviewing an item that even I got to the conclusion that it was low quality.

Hey Doru, welcome to Graphic River!

If you actually clicked on Delete and then confirmed it (that far back in the queue), then it should of removed it from the queue, unless a random error occurred on Graphic River’s end.

But yes, in the future that should work for removing a file from the queue.

That has happened to me too, I think that it is a glitch on their end and not something that you did. I didn’t hit delete either. It just vanished. BTW welcome to graphicriver
