Payoneer is not affiliated with Moneybookers, at we do not currently support loading of the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card via their service.

But i heared that if i receive payment more than three time with you partners like ENVATO so i will able to claim my Virtual Account after that i am able receive money from paypal to moneybooker.

Actually, we’ve removed the payment requirement. Application for our US Payment Service is available to all Payoneer cardholders (and is subject to approval by our US Payment Service department).
