Hi,
I wrote the staff a ticker for the first time in my life about depositing money, however i waited 3 days for them to response. After they did they asked me something which i replied within hours and now again 3 days have passed and yet no response. Is staff this late always? Is this ok? I thought it would be easy to deposit money ,but now that may have entered i have to take them on the 15th of the next month
However what should i do, resend them a ticket explain what’s going on?

Sorry to hear that. We make every effort to reply as quickly as possible and are really trying to improve our turn around time. But we can always improve.
We recently hired a new Support staff member and we talked at length in KL on how we can get better and handling Support tickets. Once again, sorry it took so long.
