I'm in love with Tuts+

I think it’s an absolute credit and achievement to Orman Clark that you can tell his work a mile off, it also looks really nice.

There are not many web designers I personally can say that for, but that might just be me.

Looks really nice, going to treat myself to an account for Christmas I reckon.

New design fonts are way too small, I like old design better.

I’m actually a huge fan of Orman Clark’s themes but I don’t like the new design of Tuts+. It looks like it was designed by an amateur, maybe I don’t have the right to judge it as I am not the best in the field but it really looks awful in my opinion.

I’m David, and I look after the Tuts+ blogs for Envato. We’re actually just about to put a site switcher in place next to the logo — it should be ready by the end of the week. It’ll make it much easier to swap between the sites!

The buttons and the sidebar look like Orman’s design, but I’m not seeing any of those subtle animations that I’ve come to love with his themes. I have to say, the design feels kind of thrown together and seems to lack the same attention to detail as Orman usually puts into his work.
