I try to sending my National ID Card, My Driving License, My Photo ID, Credit Card Statement, and many more. Then they still limit my account, and I call them and this is Final Decision, I got limited forever.

Use Payoneer, their service is the best to transfer funds from Envato. My PayPal account has been limited forever too, and I lost $30.. I got scared of PayPal, and decided not to use it to transfer funds from Envato..

They must have notified you before this could happen. Is your a/c verified? (I guess not) I am in India and I have not problems at all. You can call support.

Guys you need to have a verified PayPal a/c to get and unlimited a/c

^ Paypal is nearly unusable in India too. According to their last year’s announcement,
- We can’t receive more than $500/month
- Each payment should be withdrawn within 30 days
- Payments received for export of goods or services can’t be used for purchases (it is NOT bank account 
)
- Each withdrawal should be made with relevant purpose category mentioned.
Not sure if those restrictions exists still now but unless the above restrictions are withdrawn by them, paypal is not for professional income in India.
Edit: Just checked and it is not 500 but $3000/month, that’s fine.

You can withdraw less than $3000 in India. I just did. The transfer status is completed and I will receive my money in 5-7 days.
