Hi all
I’m already started to prepare a new version for my Form Creator V1 and as i want it to satisfy as many people as it can, what ideas have you got about it, and which features you would be happy to see in it?
I am thinking to improve its design to be more readable, adding a skin support, an upload field, for surveys survey results page with charts display, php support.
What are your ideas?

Maybe the fonts and input textfield should bigger than current.
