I became a moderator and a reviewer this year it was a perfect year for me. My sales weren’t that bad but I wish I could released more themes.

In 2010, it was pretty exciting. I feel like I’ve gone from nothing to at least a little something, which would never have been possible without Envato. I’m excited for 2011 with Theme Forest

@IvorPadilla You’re doing a great job… wasn’t this also the year you had to change your username from “iPad”?
@themeblvd it would be interesting to compare all author’s earnings graphs to see if we can calculate any form of predictive sales growth or decline based on time of the year…

Yeah, that would definitely be very interesting. I’ve tried really hard to find patterns, and I’ve found that the time of year (for me anyway) never really was a factor.
Sales are pretty steady and have inclined based on just doing more on TF, but this is where I’ve noticed sales slow down if ever:
-Every week, Friday – Sunday Early Afternoon (we’ve started calling this the “International weekend” in our house).
-When Envato puts out a bundle
-And the week of christmas (this was the first time I saw a huge STOP to everything because of a holiday… maybe because it’s one of few holidays that is celebrated more consistently around the world.)
I seriously need to find some time to finish my next theme…
