I’m trying to figure out how to make recycling look attractive and came up with this little layout, any comments appreciated and we’ll see how it goes as it’s been submitted!

I think you should replace the green abstract background waves at the bottom with a paper background or a slightly noisy texture. A brownish colour would be preferable.

I could try that since it’s layered and could be changed using Hue & Sat.

Maybe it does, but I have seem some really bad stuff when it comes to recycling. It’s better then anything I’ve encountered for the subject.
I mean, “RECYCLYING” – it’s not really a Rock Concert, you know ?!
How would you suggest going about making Recycling Look Glamorous ?
