Depends, if nothing gets in the way and I can go with when my body wants to sleep, around 5 hours out of every 28 resulting in a confusing schedule of different sleep o’clock every day.
If I’m having to stick with the whole 24 hour day thing, and need to be awake during the day/asleep at night, I need more like 9-10.

6 hours. I’d love more, but that’s one of the hard truths of living the envato dream. Working 8 hours a day at an office and then 2-3 hours after hours to get envato work done. My hope is one day to work only one job and getting plenty of rest and exercise.
