Well, I used to do the same, 4,5 hours per night, but 2 years after that, well, everything just went to hell!
And believe me, when your colon starts hurting from the amount of coffee you drink, it’s time to start sleeping. But that’s not all, there are other nice things that come with being overall tired, head aches, concentration goes to heck, unable to do simple tasks, I used to build a HTML template in 2 days ( already having the design) it started taking 5/6 days and it was crap! Social life affect, general life affected, ended sleeping 12 hours and still didn’t rest… so, NOW , 6/7/8 hours per night, 1/2 days off per week. More money, much more concentrate, much more speedy. Strange. Working 24/7 is not the answer! 
SLEEEP WEEEELL !!! It’s ultra important!
Edit: I really hate myself for not napping when I was younger when my parents said so… oh boy would I accept and do all those naps now! ASAP !
