Just like you didn’t know what “Salut” means until recently. ;)
Wait, I hear people saying “Salut” or whatever a lot. Isn’t it when you do cheers with your beers and alcohol? Mexicans say it when they down some Tequila together.

Heck , if I were to think about drinking each time I hear ” Salut ” I’d be drunk all day long! =))

So is Salut like some form of car or something? Or would it be more accurate to say that it is the Romanian form of the English word, Salt? Apparently I still don’t know what Salut means.

Salut could be translated into English to sort of : I salute you dude ! :) .

It’s largely similar to the more known : Wazzuuuuppp !

Hahaha, digitalscience, that (google?) translator might start a war someday :).

Original: “Suntem multi :)) Nu vreau sa fiu rasist :)) Dar is curios, oare cati tzigani fura de pe flashden ca din trenuri fier vechi? =))”

In translation: “We are many. I don’t want to be racist, but i’m curious, how many gipsies steal from FD just like they steal scrap metal from old trains?”

Glad to see you learning romanian, though :). Our evil plan for romanian domination on FD seems to be working, heheh. Just come over to have some mititei, they’re very good ;).

For you non-romanians,you can use “Saru’mana”. Romanians are very pleased to hear this form of salutation ;)
