Hiring: Searchable thumbnails w/ media galleries template

The programmer we hired said right before beginning the project that he had an emergency with his daughter and wouldn’t be able to take the job after all, leaving us high and dry so we’re looking for someone that can re-create this functionality seen in the app below and use it as the basis for a template that we would like to have custom designed in AS3 or made from mashing other apps together, whichever is easiest.
