Help with post please

My client got a content problem in wordpress ‘post’.
When he added too long content in post it just gone blank.
Any solution to fix this?

When he added so long content of ‘post’, Those contents just gone blank in the real preview (in this side > http://www.xxx.xx/?p=20 not in panel).
When I try a bit shorter, It’s not blank
Do you know why?

That’s very strange! To be honest I’m not quite sure what to tell you. Is it a premium template or something designed specifically for him? Has your client allowed you try and reproduce this error?

When you say blank in the preview… there’s no contents whatsoever just a blank entry? Can he see the remainder of his WordPress site? has he tried publishing it instead of just previewing it?

Sorry for so many questions. Just trying to get a feel. I’ve not heard of this happening before. Would be nice if someone else here might shed some light on your situation. I’ll do some research though and see what I can come up with.

ok ask to client what type content he is pate on wp editor. actually if you past huge content on editor the will hank or take too much time to ready it to publish.
