Are you sure that your go-daddy hosted website supports PHP or any other script that your contact form uses?

maybe it could be a permission issue. Have you checked the files permission on this hosting ?
...if you’re sure that this hosting supports server side script language as php…

Check your spam – maybe it’s there.

I know for sure that sites hosted by yahoo have that problem. Basically the server sees the form email as spam and blocks it, so it can’t reach the destination. I know that because some users had that problem, and after talking to yahoo, they found out that this was the problem. ALso, it’s an easy fix, your server administrator should know how to manage the settings to make it work :). In case that it’s the same problem.

Hey

I did this template for one of my customers and had no problem with the form.

Make sure you set up the proper version for the php through the server in the c-panel. I also with godaddy and no problems so far.

Cheers

Lester

mafloral, how many templates from AD do you have? I know you have all of mine ;) just curious… also how does it work, do you get the whole download package, or just work on the section that needs fixing?

usually a flash form would listen for the PHP file to “echo” success, and if you get the “Your message was sent” it should mean that it’s not a PHP problem, but I guess it depends on how the form is set-up. But I’ve had a few clients having issues with php and goDaddy, usually they get it fixed after contacting them.
