GoDaddy definately has a Cpanel, probably the best one out of all the hosting companies.
It has hundreds of one-click install applications. Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, lots of different types of forums etc.

I’ve used Godaddy hosting for a few years now and I have been slowly moving all of my sites AWAY from their dreaded hosting plans. GoDaddy hosting is way too hit or miss, sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s unusable. For many services, apparently GoDaddy has problems with mySQL which makes it unbearably slow. Better explanation here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-on-godaddy-unbearably-slow/page/3 Also make a simple search in WordPress Support Forums for “GoDaddy Slow”: http://wordpress.org/search/godaddy+slow?forums=1
With so many other options for hosting, there really is no reason to use GoDaddy Hosting (Plus it’s way overpriced).
On another note: I now use Dreamhost.com. They are a good bargain host with all the usual options like one-click installs for the usual joomla, wordpress, yadadada. Anybody else use Dreamhost and have good/bad experiences?

They’ve been pretty good for me for 4 years, I host a couple of sites with them. They do have some issues though, with intermittent downtime. Nothing longer than 15mins, but the problem is its happened about a dozen or so times this year according to my uptime robot. I would say they are probably one of the better budget options, but I’d go higher end if you want 99.9%+.
I’m using THIS *.
Been with them for almost 1 year and I’m very satisfied.
Note that I think their servers are in the US. This means it won’t be blazing fast for you (when FTP -ing, compared to a local Swedish host). But for international visitors, it pretty fast
I gave my hosting site a plug but was taken off reply right what ever
MediaTemple BlueHost HostGator LunarPages – in that order!~
l think 1and1-com is good and lunarpages but domains expensive with lunarpages. happy with both
